After retiring 20 years ago, I wanted to further my knowledge of computers and get to grips with programmes such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint so I could use them at home. I’ve made lots of new friends on the course and I’m enjoying keeping my brain ticking over by learning new skills. I’m even able to help my grandchildren with their homework now. I’d definitely recommend the course and I’d like to do another one soon.
Alan Roberts – Basic Computing Skills
The Job Centre said this course would be useful and it’s been brilliant. My tutor is really good and I can always ask for help. I’ve learnt a lot and it’s been a really good fun working environment. The skills I’ve learnt will help me when applying for jobs in the future.
Carol Fielding – Computing for Beginners
I’m currently studying the Mental Health Awareness Level 1 course and my tutor recommended that I also do the Computing for Beginners course. The skills I’ve learnt will help me when I need to write essays and complete assignments. I already work as a Carer, and I want to improve my skills so I can further my career.
Eric Crane – Computing for Beginners
This course is the perfect introduction to computers for anyone who fears anything digital. My children have been encouraging me to get into the 21st century and learn how to use a computer for a while, so I thought this would be ideal. I was made redundant a couple of years ago and I’m hoping that this course will give me an advantage when applying for jobs in the future.
Garry Purcell – Computing for Beginners
I’m hoping to upgrade my computer at home, but I don’t have any knowledge of Windows 10 and so decided to take a short course at 91ߣɫ. The course has been really useful – I’ve learnt a lot about the latest IT software and programmes, in a fun and supportive environment.
