In addition to training in our impressive production kitchens, there are plenty of opportunities for budding Chefs to gain professional experience working in the College’s restaurants and cafés, and to learn from distinguished resident and visiting professionals.
On completion of the course, you will have the option of either progressing to further or higher study, or employment.
